Guiding others to live freely as who they were created to be. In my experience, I have seen people put on a worldly image that they have had to create for themselves in order to survive. I have found there is immense joy in finding peace within yourself through forgiveness, grace, and love.
In action this looks like quiet confidence with the ability to stand firm in who you are coming from a place of genuine love for yourself. When you are able to show compassion for yourself in the ebbs and flows of your past and present emotional, mental, and physical states, you are able to show compassion for others from a place of genuine love for them. This can show up as learning to reject the standards of what you “should” be doing when they come from others' expectations rather than your own values. Perfection is an illusion we create inside of our own heads. Perfection doesn’t exist because it is not a fixed term in accordance with others’ beliefs. Getting trapped inside an endless loop of trying to attain something that doesn’t exist leads to inner turmoil, in turn leading ourselves further away from who we were created to be.
Just as the term “perfection” is subjective, so are the trials and tribulations of your life. There is not one fixed set of “rules” or timeline you can follow due to the complexity of your life. I can provide actionable steps and insights to lead you through your specific set of circumstances, but I cannot do it for you. If you are open to the challenges of change, contact me and we will set up a consultation.
I am not a therapist or medical professional, just a human who has spent a lifetime intensely observing life and people.
